Our mission is to provide the highest quality veterinary medical care for your pets in a friendly, relaxed, country setting. We provide care for dogs, cats, rabbits, goats, sheep, cows, llamas, and alpacas.

We look forward to providing care for the life of your pet.  Feel free to  refer friends and family to our practice.

We are located at 9 Amity Rd ( Rt 63) in Bethany, just over the Woodbridge town line next to the Bethany Florist.  For directions, click here.

HOURS:  Mon       8:30-5pm           

                   Tues      8:30-6pm                                             

                   Wed       8:30-5pm                     

                   Thurs    8:30-6pm                     

                   Fri          8:30-4pm                 

                   Sat         8:30-12:30pm

We work by appointment only.  This allows for us to give you the time you and your pet deserve.  If you need to have your pet seen, please call to schedule an appointment.  

EMERGENCIES

If you have an emergency with your pet, please call the office immediately.  If it is during office hours, we will assist you immediately.  If the emergency is after hours, call the office and leave a message.  The doctor on call will be paged.  She will then call you and advise you of what needs to be done. 

On call emergency hours: 
                  Small animal emergencies:
                         Weekdays & Saturdays: close- 10pm & 6am-8:30am
                                                   Sundays: 6am- 10pm
                          If you have an emergency outside of these hours, we ask that you call

                 Large animal emergencies:
                     We are on call 24/7 for large animal/farm animal emergencies.  
                      Please call the office so that the doctor on call can be paged.    

We are affiliated with New Haven Central Hospital.  If the doctor feels that your pet needs immediate care, you may be referred to New Haven Central Hospital.  They are a 24 hour facility with a caring and knowledgable staff.

Dr. Tracy Johnson is now offering private clicker training classes.  If you're having behavioral or training problems, she might be able to help you out.  Please contact the office to schedule an appointment.
